Minors Causing Injury
Parents are liable for the injuries caused
by their children. Children, by law, are incapable of negligence
when they are at a young age, because they don't know what
they're supposed to do and not do. Thus, parents are responsible
for the actions of their children, and should properly supervise
their children.
If a child has caused any damage to
you or someone you know, either through personal injury or
injury to property, then the proper course of action would
be to undertake litigation against the parents for compensation
for any such injuries.
If a child has caused injury to you,
or if your child has caused injury to someone else, call to
set up a free consultation regarding what can be done to protect
your rights in such cases.
